The Lifestyle Medicine Secrets Every Woman Should Know
The theme of World Menopause Day 2025 is Lifestyle Medicine and for good reason. The way we move, eat, sleep, connect, and manage stress can radically shift our experience of perimenopause and menopause.
We are proud to have a team of healthcare practitioners passionate about helping women optimise their health through evidence-based lifestyle practices.
Join Dr Lisa Cochrane and Nurse Julie Dutton, both currently studying Lifestyle Medicine, for a practical and empowering webinar where theyâll share realistic tips, simple habit shifts, and behavioural change strategies shown to support sleep, mood, energy, cognition, weight management, and long-term health. Dr Kelly Teagle facilitates.
This session is designed to help women understand what actually works and how to build it into real life.
