MARITA O'SHEA

Marita O’Shea is a Canberra-based physiotherapist with over 25 years of experience, including 15 years specialising in pelvic floor health. She holds postgraduate qualifications in pelvic floor rehabilitation and is passionate about supporting women’s pelvic health through all stages of life.

With a background in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and exercise physiology, Marita treats a range of conditions including pelvic girdle pain and lower back pain. She currently sees patients at Specialist Services in Deakin, working alongside specialist gynaecologists.

FACILITATOR: DR KELLY TEAGLE

Dr Kelly Teagle is a GP in Canberra specialising in Women’s health. She experienced a particularly early and difficult menopause at the age of 42, prompting her to learn more about the treatment of menopause-related issues. In 2018 Dr Teagle founded WellFemme, a ground-breaking Telehealth Menopause Clinic that set the bar for quality Telehealth services long before COVID made them routine.
